Al parecer, algunas maneras cambian...y lo que antes era Domingo de resurrección, ahora es Domingo de Gloria. Y no es casual. Durante la Cuaresma, 40 días entre el Miércoles de Ceciza luego del carnaval y la Pascua, en la liturgia cristiana se suprime el Gloria, siendo el Domingo el primer día en que vuelve a estar en le ceremonia. En otra época, la celebración se llevaba a cabo en la noche del Sábado, por eso se lo conocía como Sábado de Gloria. No podría precisar al fecha en la que se cambió esta modalidad.
Desde la época en que el Latín era lengua corriente, Gloria está relacionado con alegría.
Ojalá este Domingo no sea un Domingo más. Sé que para algunas puede llegar a ser una tarea difícil, pero intentemos encontrar muchos motivos de alegría. O por lo menos de risa...que ya es bastante. Recuperemos la habilidad de reirnos de nosotros mismos, de esa manera nunca nos faltarán causas.
Seguramente mañana se empleará la violencia para repudiar la violencia. Que será contrarrestada con más violencia. Y no se cuando se termina.
